New M class licenses in Illinois

Currently in Illinois there are only two classes of licenses, L and M. L is under 150CC and M is over 150cc. Unfortunately a single M class license does not take into account a riders abilities. We propose the following restrictions to the M class license:

M-NR - cannot ride in the rain.
M-60 - cannot ride if ambient temperature is below 60 degrees.
M-TRL - only allowed to trailer motorcycle.
M-DONOR - cannot wear a helmet.
M-CLEAN - not allowed to ride, only allowed to clean motorcycle.
M-MMM GOOD - only allowed to ride to a bowl of soup.

How about adding
M-SUN - Sunday Rider
M-SISSY - only allowed to ride on back seat w/sissy bar

If you have ever taught an ERC.....

M-AIM - Only allowed to ride if road is absolutely straight and requires no turning.

M-IBA = Only allowed to ride a minimum of 500 miles before Lunch in a day.
